Product Description
The relay senses the Earth leakage current for any equipments like L. T. Panels, Switch boards, Generators, Transformers, Motors etc. These Leakage current if continues can cause insulation breakdown resulting Earth fault, which results in to loss of life or damage to equipment. The PROTIME Earth leakage relay senses leakage current through CBCT & energies relay when current goes out of the range selected on the dip switches. The Relays are provided with user settable (0-10 Sec) time delay. The CBCT is connected externally with the Busbar or cable carrying load current passed through it. The Relay has facility to show fault current indication on pressing STATUS Button. Thus this feature helps user to identify the point of fault & find out the value of fault current passing through it.
Adjustable Sensitivity, High PerformanceThis relay offers a customizable sensitivity setting from 0.1A to 1.0A, allowing you to fine-tune protection for specific application needs. The wide adjustment range ensures versatility for numerous panel designs and protection requirements, increasing operational safety and flexibility in earth leakage detection.
User-Friendly Indication and Reset MethodsEquipped with a clear LED trip indicator and a bar graph display for leakage current, monitoring system status is straightforward. The relay can be reset manually or automatically, ensuring quick restoration after fault clearance and adaptable handling of fault events, minimizing downtime.
Built for Reliability and ComplianceThe ELR96-1/i is meticulously engineered to comply with stringent IEC 60947-2 standards, ensuring both performance and safety. Its robust panel-mount design, screw terminals, and high mechanical life make it dependable for industrial and commercial settings alike.
